SmartEng Tools, operated as a personal educational website, is committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

This site does not collect registration data, does not require a user account, and does not store any personal data directly. All information entered into the tools (grades, financial values, RISC-V instructions, etc.) is processed locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers to perform calculations.

This site displays Google AdSense advertising to help sustain the project. Google LLC and its partners may use cookies and similar identifiers to serve, personalise and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, consent is managed through Google's official consent management platform (Privacy & Messaging, compatible with the IAB TCF framework), which is shown on your first visit.

To measure site usage and performance we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.). According to Vercel's documentation, these services do not use cookies and collect aggregated, anonymised data (pages visited, referrer, country, device type and web performance metrics) without individually identifying users.

The tools save data in your browser's local storage (localStorage) only to keep your inputs and preferences (e.g. the grade calculator state or Festival Clash Finder templates). Access to and use of the educational tools provided on SmartEng Tools (architecture simulators, calculators, logic minimisers and similar) is completely free of charge and intended solely for educational and technical reference purposes.

We do not guarantee the infallible accuracy of results generated by our algorithms for industrial production or official academic environments; users are responsible for verifying results against their respective curricula or professional guidelines. The interface design and platform logic are the property of SmartEng Tools. Commercial reproduction or distribution without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
